U/W: PNC Parliamentary Candidate for Sissala East Resigns

The PNC Parliamentary candidate for Sissala East in the Upper West Region has resigned from the Party stating personal reasons as a factor.

According to Mr Kingsley Kanton, he has decided to part ways with the Party beginning 14th April 2021.

Statement

“RESIGNATION FROM THE PEOPLE’S NATIONAL CONVENTION (P.N.C) I bring you felicitations.

This is to formally convey my decision to discontinue my membership of the People’s National Convention with immediate effect after months of careful reflections and thoughtful considerations.

I have to state that, the reasons for this rather difficult decision are personal.

I’m excited to state that it’s been a satisfactory eye-opener for me right from 2015, through to 2020 and cease this_unique opportunity to express my sincerest appreciation to you all, the PNC family; the Constituency Executives, Youth Working Groups, the Council of Elders, the National Executive among others for sticking by me, side-by-side since 2015. Without you all, the journey would have unsurvivable. However, this will be the end.

I extend to you, the Constituency Executives, Youth Working Groups, the Council of Elders and entire leadership of People’s National Convention my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to serve the Party as a two-time Parliamentary Candidate for the Sisaala East Constituency.

I wish the PNC well in their future endeavours.
