Efia Odo, a web-based media influencer and 10 different individuals from the “#FixTheCountry” campaigners, captured Friday by the Police, have been released.
Their capture came soon after a High Court hearing on whether the gathering ought to be permitted to organize a road fight, suspended procedures to 1330 hours for administering.
The police said whiles the court was in meeting, a portion of the campaigners, including Odo, purportedly set up a campsite before the Court complex with notices and causing disturbance.
The source said after the court procedures, the nonconformists were joined by their associates who were in the court, for certain taking photos, requiring their capture by cops from the Accra Regional Command.
“#FixTheCountry” is a hashtag being utilized by some Ghanaians who pronounced their expectation to dissent, on May 9, 2021, to communicate disappointment over the disappointment of progressive governments to improve the expectations for everyday comforts of Ghanaians.
