Tottenham Hotspur has been hit with a heavy injury blow after confirming that Son Heung-min will rule out for a few weeks as he suffered a broken arm.
As per the club’s statement: “The South Korea international suffered the injury during our win against Aston Villa on Sunday.
“Following surgery, our medical staff shall be reviewing management options for Son’s rehabilitation with the player expected to be sidelined for a number of weeks.”
Son will miss the Champions League against RB Leipzig on Wednesday as well as Saturday’s Premier League trip to Chelsea.
Tottenham might encounter a hard time because England striker Harry Kane, who tore his hamstring at Southampton in January is already away.
